I ordered like 400 Dollars worth of…

I ordered like 400 Dollars worth of bags and my package isn’t here nor has it made any movement after a week, I got a tracking number but the courier didn’t receive the package, I hope it comes soon ????

I LOVE MY BAGS!
I purchased 2 bags from Grafea and they were both amazing. They arrived within a week and they are high quality. I love that even though they were shipped they still came in a cute shopping bag and came with a dust bag. I will def be ordering more bags soon!

Bags are cool, Company eh.

My experience was okay, I got two bags because shipping costed me more than another bag did so I got another for "free" shipping lol. I got the bags in a pretty decent amount of time. One of the magnets that close the lip was broken and when I emailed them for my options and got nothing in return. The bags are cool, company eh tbh.

Great customer service, even better purses.

Personally I loved shopping with them for the most part. They’re quick to update you on your order as soon as they find it out. Customer service was a1, I was talking with an actual human via their Twitter dms. Quick responses and everything. There happened to be a shipping issue but whoever i was working with was even threw in a gift to apologize for the inconvenience. I literally use their purses everyday((it’s been 5 months)) and people STILL think they’re brand new.

Terrible Services / Liars

If I could put on non of stars I would. SO TERRIBLE SERVICES. First, they told me that the package would be here in 10 days. There have been 2 months and guess what?! My package got send to a wrong country and then got LOST! Meanwhile, they had already told me that my package was already in my country and it’s late because of a local courier. LIARS! After, they said they would give me a refund but guess what?! After 4 days NO MONEY RETURNED!

My daughter is in love with her new…

My daughter is in love with her new bag!. Now I know why i had to wait a bit to receive it but if daughter is happy, mum is delighted!. Thank you Grafea.
